Hi everyone, Happy easter!
Hope you are all having a relaxing break and easter bunny was kind to you.
All ready for lunch at the Balaclava hotel. Unfortunately it turned out to be a disaster but at least none of us got sick and we can laugh about it now.
Living the dream - Damian driving a train out of Cairns.
Mum n Ernie came up for a few days and spent lots of time with Kylin which he loved. We had lunch at Mondo's with them just before they left.
Pacific National puts Damian and the crew up in a motel in between jobs. Rather than come home, he stays and gets the sleep he needs then rings us and we go visit him. Kylin loves to hide in the cupboard, and check out the bed/shower/light switches and little fridge
My beautifull mummies took me out for breakfast on my birthday. I had a wonderful day with lots of phone calls and messages, it was one of the best ever :)
Tina and Rhys came over with a cake for me and the boys helped me blow out my candles.
Kylin has started Ninjutsu. He is very focussed and adores Sensai Ron. He is working towards his blue belt and is really committed to doing his jobs in order to achieve that. This is his friend Kaleb who's also in Kylin's class at school.
Dr Underpants making a house call
Easter hat parade at school. LOADS of kids jumped up to "hi 5" him as he went past. He was like a rock star it was amazing. He had the time of his life.
Happy boy
Kaleb came over for a play easter Saturday, trying to get them both to smile at the same time was impossible :)
What to do when it's been raining solid for weeks? Indoor water play :) He stayed at this for hours, he had paint, food color, glitter, foil strips, shaving cream and liquid soap. He mixed and poured and had a wonderful time.
Happy birthday to our April babies:
Mia, Blake, Randy, Catherine, Meg, Muriel, Lisa, Susan, Sheridan, Bindi, and Noah.
and our May babies
Andrew T, Chris, Rick, Emma, Jo, both of my mums, Jake, and Shane.

Hope your special day is all you hope for.
I have been busy bouncing between Centrelink, Autism Qld, and disability support. They say Autisms a puzzle - you should try and navigate more than one government department that all require things from each other but not in logical sequence - maddening, but thankfully I'm ploughing through it all slowly.
Easter bunny left lots of fluff, grass and half chewed carrots everywhere, Kylin was SO excited, he chose to get a DVD instead of chocolate thankfully.
Today is our 7th wedding anniversary - yayyy for us :)
The 3 of us are going out for lunch today to celebrate - not to the Balaclava though.
Hope you are all happy and well, and that your world is making you smile.
Till next time. xoxo
